My exposure to Mongolian wok concept goes back to late 90s during my short stint at Detroit USA. Similar concept was later got available here in Pune at the Oriental restaurant located at level-5 of E-Square University Road.
The place has changed hands in the past and now it is with The Fern Pune.
Mongolian Wok concept remains and the Chefs are also same. Updated menu with street food preparations of South-East Asian cuisines. Wok-tossed and stir-fried items made using meat , poultry , sea food , vegetables; Sushi , dumplings , noodles , rice and much more…
Also the Wok (which allows a person to choose carbs, proteins, veggies, sauces and condiments through a bar and hand it over to the chef for preparation).
